HOTEL MOTEL NORDIC is situated in Chibougamau, QC and is hiring a Hotel receptionist to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available, , 07:00 to 15:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must process group arrivals and departures.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
