Horse breeder

Paradise Valley Ranch in Rockyview, BC is inviting applications for the position of Horse breeder. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Evening shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
• The candidate must cultivate and manage vertical farming systems.
• The candidate must develop and guide the behaviour of farm animals.
• The candidate must direct farm grooming activities.
• The candidate must handle animals.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must manage feed inventory activities.
• The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
• The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• The candidate must manage the overall operation of the farm.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
