Venture View Swine Ltd. is situated in Seaforth, ON and is hiring a Hog farm worker to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must handle animals.
• The candidate must monitor animal health.
• The candidate must perform weaning tasks.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must carry out pasture or pen breeding programs.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate must set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
