Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. ( Burnaby, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must create manufacturing instructions.
• The candidate must create user manuals.
• The candidate must install machinery.
• The candidate must repair and maintain machinery.
• The candidate must assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects.
• The candidate must assist in preparing design, drawings, and specifications.
• The candidate must assist in the design of moulds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• The candidate must carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials.
• The candidate must be knowledgeable in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• The candidate must design tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and tenders.
• The candidate must prepare standards and schedules.
• The candidate must supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants.
• The candidate must supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects.
• The candidate must test machines and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
