Heating and cooling mechanic

Think AC & Heating Ltd in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a self-motivated Heating and cooling mechanic. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must measure and lay out reference points for installation.
• The candidate must assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components.
• The candidate must measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
• The candidate must start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices.
• The candidate must perform maintenance such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, or calibrating systems.
• The candidate must handle, recover, and store refrigerants.
• The candidate must repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be accurate.
