Stone Brook Designated Supportive Living in Grimshaw, AB is inviting applications for the position of Health care aide. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
• The candidate must serve meal trays and feed patients.
• The candidate must weigh, lift, turn, and position patients.
• The candidate must supervise patients’ exercise routines.
• The candidate must transport patients between care facilities.
• The candidate must transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
• The candidate must answer call signals to determine patients’ needs.
• The candidate must complete reports.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
