Wing's Badminton Corp ( Richmond, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Head coach. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs.
• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions.
• The candidate must motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
• The candidate must analyze and evaluate athletes’ or teams’ performance.
• The candidate must observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must have the ability to discriminate sounds.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in badminton facilities to coach, organize, and support athletic training and events.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
