Job Description

The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
The candidate must remove bones from meat.
The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
The candidate must supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers.
The candidate must grind meats.
The candidate must train meat cutters.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
