MERIT EMBROIDERY & PRINTING in Edmonton, AB is inviting applications for the position of Hand screen printer - textile manufacturing. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Day, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must load and off-load machines.
• The candidate must notify the supervisor or mechanic of equipment malfunctions.
• The candidate must operate and feed a variety of machines.
• The candidate must set up, maintain, and make minor repairs to machinery.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
• The candidate must assist machine operators and other textile workers as required.
• The candidate must examine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
