Eden Day Spa and Salon Inc in Campbellton, NB is seeking a self-motivated Hairstylist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Required shifts: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must advise clients on beauty care treatments.
• The candidate must analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine appropriate treatments.
• The candidate must book appointments.
• The candidate must cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences.
• The candidate must shampoo customers’ hair.
• The candidate must apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair.
• The candidate must cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair.
• The candidate must suggest hairstyles compatible with clients’ physical features and preferences.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
