HACCP co-ordinator - food processing

FTG Foods ( Strathmore, AB) is currently looking for a skilled HACCP co-ordinator - food processing. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a meat processing and packing plant/establishment that protects meat and meat products during processing, storage, and distribution from mechanical, chemical, and biological hazards.
