Guest service supervisor

Commons Inn in Halifax, NS is inviting applications for the position of Guest service supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Day, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
