Elkhorn Resort Spa & Conference Centre in Onanole, MB is inviting applications for the position of Guest service representative - spa. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must operate switchboard or telephone system.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities, set in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the accommodations.
• The candidate must be able to work in a spa centre.
