Roelofsen Nursery Ltd in Otterville, ON is seeking a self-motivated Greenhouse worker. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must pot and re-pot plants.
• The candidate must transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings.
• The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
