This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

  • The candidate must cut horticultural crops.
  • The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
  • The candidate must mix fertilizers.
  • The candidate must perform weeding.
  • The candidate must plant bulbs and seeds.
  • The candidate must pot and re-pot plants.
  • The candidate must transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings.
  • The candidate must report signs of insect or disease damage.
  • The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must be reliable.
  • The candidate must be a good team player.
  • The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
