ROOP SMAGH OR KULWANT SMAGH in Creston, BC is seeking a self-motivated Greenhouse supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
• The candidate must schedule work.
• The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
