Construction labourer and helper

Now hiring: Construction labourer and helper at THE JAWANDA GROUP VENTURES LTD. in Surrey, BC. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must perform pre-operational inspections.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must work on a construction site.
