van Zanten Floral Inc is situated in Vineland Station, ON and is hiring a Greenhouse labourer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.
• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must plant bulbs and seeds.
• The candidate must pot and re-pot plants.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The work environment is smoke-free.
