Mosaic Farm is situated in Victoria, BC and is hiring a Greenhouse labourer to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a greenhouse to cultivate plants, manage growth conditions, and ensure healthy production.
