Glass cutter

APS Glass Ltd. ( Delta, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Glass cutter. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate finishing machines to grind, drill, sand, bevel, decorate, wash, or polish glass or glass products.
• The candidate must set up and adjust glass and glass product finishing machines.
• The candidate must cut glass along marked outlines or around patterns using hand tools.
• The candidate must examine and mark defective glass to obtain the best cut.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
