C3 Client Satisfaction ( Victoria, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Mystery shopper. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Casual employment - Part time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must produce reports.
• The candidate must evaluate customer service and store environments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a shopping centre or mall and provide a business place that includes retail space/units, facilities, and services to potential retailers.

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must have their own transportation.
• Public transportation is available for commuting to the work location.
