Geotechnical engineer

GRIT Engineering Inc. ( Stratford, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Geotechnical engineer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Day, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct geotechnical programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping.
• The candidate must supervise technologists, technicians, engineers, and scientists.
• The candidate must conduct studies of groundwater flow and contamination.
• The candidate must analyze reports and prepare recommendations on settlement of buildings, slope stability, and earthquake effects to support construction and civil engineering projects.
