Distribution Armel inc. ( Repentigny, QC) is currently looking for a skilled General store manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must accept cash payments.
• The candidate must order stock.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
