Sales supervisor

Heppy's Pie Lady Inc. is situated in Halifax, NS and is hiring a Sales supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
