General labourer - material handling

KING CONSTRUCTION INC ( Niagara Falls, ON) is currently looking for a skilled General labourer - material handling. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and move products and materials manually or using basic material handling equipment.
• The candidate must pack and unpack goods.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
