Mels Farms ( Windham Centre, ON) is currently looking for a skilled General labourer - farm. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must harvest seedlings.
• The candidate must mix fertilizers.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
