We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.
• The candidate must shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of meat.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
