General labourer - farm

VIGNOBLE CÔTE DE CHAMPLAIN ( Saint-Théodore-d'Acton, QC) is currently looking for a skilled General labourer - farm. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, On call, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
• The candidate must clear fields of wood and stones.
• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
