Hiebert Hydroponics Inc ( Leamington, ON) is currently looking for a skilled General labourer - farm. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
