RAMA RIDGE ESTATE WINERY LTD. in Oliver, BC is seeking a self-motivated General farm worker - harvesting. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Term or contractFull time position. Work schedule: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut agricultural crops.
• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.

Work Site Environment
