Kroslak Farms is situated in Ruthven, ON and is hiring a Fruit farm labourer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
• The candidate must train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.
