Fruit farm labourer

Komienski Limited ( Scotland, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Fruit farm labourer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear fields of wood and stones.
• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work Site Environment
