World Gym ( Penticton, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Front desk clerk (except hotel). We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Casual employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must receive and issue payments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
