Ramazan Sweets is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Food services manager to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have successfully completed studies in Business Administration and Management, General.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
