TBC NORTH FOOD SERVICES INC. DBA TIM HORTONS RESTAURANT is situated in Prince George, BC and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must maintain and order supplies.
• The candidate must provide coaching.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must have supervisory experience.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
