Starbrand Production Inc. in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a self-motivated Food production manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines.
• The candidate must direct quality control inspections.
• The candidate must hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work.
• The candidate must plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
