The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
The candidate must prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
The candidate must advise on menu selections.
The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
The candidate must describe and advise on wine selection.
The candidate must serve food and beverages.
The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
