Food and beverage control clerk - inventory

A&W ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Food and beverage control clerk - inventory. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform routine clerical duties.
• The candidate must process files and paperwork.
• The candidate must calculate costs of orders.
• The candidate must charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
• The candidate must prepare purchase orders.
• The candidate must process purchases.
• The candidate must set up and maintain inventory control systems.
• The candidate must compile inventory reports.
• The candidate must maintain stock rotation.
• The candidate must reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
