Fish and seafood plant worker

Royal Star Foods Ltd in Tignish, PE is seeking a self-motivated Fish and seafood plant worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
• The candidate must check products and packaging for defects, ensure conformance to company standards, and perform corrective machine adjustments as required.
• The candidate must disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be reliable.
