Dexter Logistics is situated in Bolton, ON and is hiring a Finance manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must identify and investigate compliance issues.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
• The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
• The candidate must monitor financial control systems.
• The candidate must oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
• The candidate must oversee the preparation of reports.
• The candidate must advise senior management.
• The candidate must keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be adaptable.
