Wabi Iron & Steel Corp. in New Liskeard, ON is inviting applications for the position of Finance controller. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
• The candidate must direct staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
• The candidate must review budgets and financial reports for specific projects.
• The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
• The candidate must design and manage investment strategies.
• The candidate must monitor financial control systems.
• The candidate must manage contracts.
• The candidate must oversee the collection and analysis of financial data.
• The candidate must advise senior management.
• The candidate must keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
