Kognitive Sales Solutions ( Ottawa, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Field sales manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must arrange training for staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
• The candidate must recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must provide coaching.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
