Grimsby Hillside Vineyard is situated in Grimsby, ON and is hiring a Farm worker to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be able to distinguish between colours.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.
