Brar Brothers Farming in Kelowna, BC is inviting applications for the position of Farm worker, fruit. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift. LMIA approved position.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must harvest seedlings.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.
• The candidate must perform budding of trees.
• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
