Ridgeview Orchards Limited in Lincoln, ON is seeking a self-motivated Farm worker, fruit. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.
• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
