T&R Brar farm Ltd. is situated in Kelowna, BC and is hiring a Farm supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
• The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
• The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
