Job Description

The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
The candidate must oversee the activities of clearing fields.
The candidate must oversee the process of hoeing crops.
The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
The candidate must negotiate with clients for provision of services.
The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
The candidate must hire and train staff.
The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
