Farm machinery operator

3 Bar Land & Cattle in Alonsa, MB is seeking a self-motivated Farm machinery operator. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
• The candidate must diagnose livestock health issues.
• The candidate must direct farm feed inventory activities.
• The candidate must handle animals.
• The candidate must perform livestock feeding.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
• The candidate must maintain livestock performance records.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
