Bancy Farms in Delta, BC is inviting applications for the position of Farm hand - harvesting. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
