Farm equipment operator

R & W Unger Farms Ltd in Olds, AB is seeking a self-motivated Farm equipment operator. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
